Shipping and Pick-up Policy
What You Need to Know
General Fulfillment Info:
All items are made to order. Item completion will vary depending on the item and the number of items. For example, All products with (Unfinished) in the title will ship the day after the printing of items is finished. If the item ordered takes 2 days to print it will ship on the 3rd day (the day after printing is finished).
Shipping Info:
All items are made to order. Items will ship 4-5 days after the printing of item(s) is done. Prints will take a minimum of 1 day but can take more time depending on the item and the number of items. For example, One order of the Red Hood Outlaw Mask (Unfinished) will ship 2 days after the order but for an order with 2 Red Hood Outlaw Masks (Unfinished) it will take 5 days to ship. Shipped items will have a tracking number.
Pick-up Info:
All items are made to order. Prints will take a minimum of 1 day but can be more depending on the item and the number of items. Item completion will be done in 1-5 days after printing is finished, but this varies depending on the items and the number of items. For example, the Mandalorian Knives (Vibroblade Unfinished) will be ready for pick up the next day but the Broken Red Hood Helmet (Unfinished) will be ready 3 days later.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Returns will receive 25% cost back and you keep the Helmet. Since this item is custom-made for your sized head. If you are returning it because of an imperfection caused by shipping or is not up to your standards please contact us. I will ask for some photos and if there is an imperfection I will fix it at no cost to you.
